Entry is free. One entry per person. Check in with staff on arrival. The entrant must be present when called to claim a prize; otherwise, another name will be drawn.

Use your own or your employer’s ABN. Details and customer eligibility are reviewed by staff. Include adults and children. This helps us plan for the day and does not register those guests for the draw. Eligible guests must register separately. Please do not count someone already included in another registration.

Registration details will be used to organise this event, review eligibility and manage check-in. If you opt in, we will also send updates by your chosen method.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Glues 'n Tools (ABN 94 648 372 874), Unit 2/133 South Pine Road, Brendale QLD 4500. Phone: (07) 3889 8377.

2. Event Details

  • Date: Wednesday, 25 November 2026
  • Time: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Queensland time)
  • Location: Glues 'n Tools, Unit 2/133 South Pine Road, Brendale QLD 4500

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Work in the trade (business owners, tradies, apprentices, and trade office/admin staff).
  • Are a current or previous Glues 'n Tools customer, or work for a business branch/location that is a current or previous Glues 'n Tools customer.
  • Provide their own or their employer's valid ABN. If they select “I do not have an ABN”, they must provide their business/employer name, branch/location and full business address.

Excluded from winning: Glues 'n Tools staff, their immediate families, and visiting supplier reps working at the event.

4. Overdue Trade Accounts

  • If you own or direct a business with a Glues 'n Tools credit account, your account must have no overdue balance by 5:00 PM on Monday, 23 November 2026. Ineligible accounts will be removed from the draw before the event.
  • Employees and apprentices of trade businesses may enter as individuals and claim a prize in their own name, regardless of their employer's account balance.

5. How to Enter

  • Entry is free. No purchase necessary.
  • Register via the website link or the QR code at the event.
  • All required fields on the registration form must be completed. Incomplete entries are not valid. Email and SMS marketing choices are optional.
  • Limit: One entry per person. Matching ABNs, mobile numbers or email addresses are flagged for staff review and do not automatically block registration. Multiple people may enter using the same business ABN. Duplicate entries by the same person will be excluded from the draw.
  • We check all entries against these terms before the draw. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not meet clauses 3 and 4 will be removed from the draw by Glues 'n Tools before any draw takes place.
  • Cutoff: Registration to win prizes and giveaways closes strictly at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 (Queensland time).

6. The Draw and Attendance

  • You must be present at the event to win.
  • Draw time: The major trailer draw will take place at approximately 6:00 PM. Minor giveaways and meat trays will be drawn throughout the afternoon. The trailer will be drawn last.
  • When your name is called over the speaker, you have two (2) minutes to come to the stage area. If no one claims the prize within two minutes, we redraw immediately.
  • Major prizes are the 1st Prize (Trailer) and 2nd Prize ($1,000 Credit). One major prize per person. Once you have won a major prize, your entry is set aside and cannot win another. If a name that has already won a major prize is drawn again, we redraw immediately.
  • One minor giveaway per person. Winning a minor giveaway does not affect your chance at a major prize. Entrants who have not already won a major prize remain eligible for the trailer.
  • Exception: If extreme weather or an emergency forces the event to be cancelled, the in-person attendance rule is waived. Winners will be drawn from valid entries and contacted by phone.

7. Prizes

  • 1st Prize – Tradie Trailer (valued at $4,000): Supplied unregistered. The winner pays for registration and on-road fees. Can be collected from the Brendale warehouse within 7 business days, or towed on the night if legally compliant.
  • 2nd Prize – $1,000 In-Store Credit: Valid for Ardex and DTA products at Glues 'n Tools. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 12 months from the draw date.
  • 3rd Prize – Meat Trays: Perishable. Must be taken home on the night. Unclaimed meat trays will be redrawn before the event ends.

8. Site Rules and Safety

  • Parking: On-street parking only. Please do not block neighbouring driveways. Glues 'n Tools takes no responsibility for parking fines or vehicle damage.
  • Children: Parents must supervise their own children at all times. Staff do not supervise the play area.
  • Publicity: Winners agree to a quick photo for our website and social media.
  • Alcohol: If alcohol is available at the drink truck, service is strictly 18+ with valid photo ID.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

  • We collect your details to run the draw and verify your entry.
  • If you opt in on the registration form, we will also send you occasional Glues 'n Tools trade updates and specials by your chosen method (email, SMS, or both). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • We never sell or share your contact details.
